Small/Home Business Machine

This is the machine that I personally use for all my work. It is fast, reliable and will handle anything you can throw at it from intense graphics work (which I do a lot of) to gaming and beyond. There are two Raid 1 arrays in it. One for programs and such and the other for all of your data. Keeping them separate keeps you from loosing your data and the Raid 1 Mirror gives you a full time backup plus the AMD raid is reliable and easy to use. Moon)Dawg

Office Server

This is a proven combination for just about any small office with multiple users on the same server. It is fast and reliable and I have one of its ancestors here right now that is in for overhaul after several years of 24/7 operation without a failure. It uses the same mother board as my personal machine but with different hard drive configuration and software. The big difference is that I can no longer get the Antec SOHO Towers. Moon)Dawg

Software: Previously I used Server 2000 and 2003 but Server 2008 is now available and is better than the previous incarnations. Clear OS also makes a good Linux based server program that is compatible with MS office systems via emulators for control.

Antivirus: Recommended is Norton End Point user if in an office enviroment. End Point will cover your entire office system as a whole.
